Job Title: Framing & Trim Carpenter
Location: Vero Beach, FL
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (½ hour lunch)
Pay Range: $17.00 – $30.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

Job Summary: Express Employment Professional is seeking skilled and dependable Framing & Trim Carpenter for a local client that specializing in residential remodeling projects. This role involves working on-site to complete framing, trim installation, demolition, and general carpentry tasks. Candidates should have a strong attention to detail, be comfortable working independently and with a team, and bring a solid foundation of carpentry experience—especially in remodeling environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform framing and finish carpentry work for residential remodels
• Install and level doors, trim, and moldings with precision
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Conduct demolition as required on remodeling projects
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Transport materials and tools as needed
• Communicate effectively with project leads and team members

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of carpentry experience preferred
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction blueprints and schematics
• Experience in residential remodeling and demolition work
• Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites and shop
• Must be capable of safely pulling a trailer
• Must own a complete set of basic hand and power tools
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail
