Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Construction Foreman for a reputable civil construction company in Fort Pierce, FL. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity offering competitive pay and the chance to lead impactful infrastructure projects with a team committed to safety, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site construction activities from start to finish.

• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and field employees to ensure project execution aligns with plans, schedules, and budgets.

• Enforce jobsite safety and compliance with OSHA standards and all safety policies.

• Work closely with the Project Manager to plan and organize job schedules and manpower.

• Direct and support field personnel and subcontractors.

• Ensure coordination of testing and equipment management.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation including daily reports, safety logs, inspections, and field notes.

• Provide strong, clear leadership to promote productivity and a positive work environment.

• Track and inventory material deliveries and usage.

• Monitor work progress, quality standards, cost control, and jobsite efficiency.

• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, contracts, and shop drawings.

• Communicate effectively with crew, project team, inspectors, vendors, and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in civil construction, with demonstrated supervisory experience.

• Strong understanding of grading operations and site development.

• Proficient in blueprint reading and jobsite documentation.

• Skilled in coordinating multiple crews and tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent organizational, scheduling, and communication skills.

• Ability to travel locally as needed.

Preferred Certifications

• OSHA 10/30

• MOT (Maintenance of Traffic)

• CPR/First Aid

• Stormwater Certification
