Job Description:

Job Summary: Full Time Hourly Position
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assemble small arms ammunition primers
- Includes careful attention to detail while:
- Maintaining equipment tolerances
- Orienting primer cups
- Orienting and primer anvils
- Applying lacquer
- Inspect at different stages of the assembly process to maintain quality and consistency.
- Keep workstations clean and neat.
- Work in conjunction with quality control to ensure primers meet quality standards.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Effective verbal communication skills.
- Ability to pay attention to detail of multiple small components.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous manufacturing experience desired, but not required
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds on occasion.
